It's frankly embarrassing that a sole developer can create a better early access version of a city-builder/management game than multi-million dollar studios like Paradox or Creative Assembly shit out with their full releases.

One of the most stressful games I have ever played, but in a good way. Unfortunately does on occasion cross over from tense and engaging into unfair and frustrating. Nevertheless a unique experience that doesn't pull any punches and delivers on high-adrenaline tactical action when it matters.
