yes it is indeed poorly optimized, especially some of the worlds. it's certainly possible to run the game with every single expansion, but loading times will be crazy. at least once the game loads, you won't encounter any more loading screens, so there's that... so i'd still recommend playing ts3 with all expansions. but i def wouldn't recommend any custom content.
