When I was finishing up this game it has its hooks in me deeper than any other game had had in years. It's probably, honestly speaking, not a 10/10 for most people but I'm not most people. I'm better than that.

I'm a huge fan of the Ys franchise. Dana is one of the best ones. That's really all that need be said. Play this game, if you havent, and you like action rpgs. And by all means, turn up the music. There are very few tracks in this game that arent instant classics.

This is an incredibly good game, hampered by a few design decisions I can't wrap my head around. Overall, it's a very enjoyable time, though. For context, what I've played of the sequel has marked that game as one of the best games I've ever played.

While I personally didnt enjoy my time all that much, I can see why people who love this game really love it, especially for its time. I don't think I'll ever go back to replay it, though. If you've come from modern games and want to check this out, be prepared to feel like you have lead boots on.

For the type of game it is, I don't think you can do better than Factorio
