did anyone else ever play games on HP games? it was like, this game store that came pre-installed on HP computers, and the games were played in sessions via coins you purchased, like an arcade, but they would give you a couple of free plays per game before you'd actually have to spend money. anyway my older brother found out some games give you your free play tokens again if you uninstall and reinstall them, so we'd do that to play through the games without paying. i recall there was a spongebob card game tactics rpg, and weird as it sounds, it was actually pretty good. and then there was this lemmings ripoff called penguins, a bunch of golf games, a pool game that I remember just because one of the opponents would break their pool stick over their knee after losing

anyway uhhh none of that has to do with purble place but the two memories are in the same pocket to me so yeah
