yuji naka should’ve been jailed way before he was

this is the best videogame ever made

I can't even review this game, just damn...

that ending has killed me inside.

this is one of the most charming games ive ever played, however it has one issue and thats the fact that buttons are not mapped to their corresponding colours. Okay so green is A; this is fine, this is how it should be... BUT WHY THE FUCK IS X RED INSTEAD OF BLUE AND WHY IS D-PAD BLUE... you get my point but it thrown me off quite a bit.

tracklist is pretty good despite being so small, my favourite is "Moon", and the gameplay itself is very enjoyable, had fun will be replaying tracks quite a lot :)

I played very little of Spider-Man (2018) on PS4 a few years ago, I ended up dropping it because I was not a fan of the combat, however recently I went and saw 'Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse" in cinema and due to my PS+ subscription, it gave me the urge to check out Miles Morales for the PS5.

The game is pretty solid overall, the story was pretty decent and I really enjoyed the characters, the gameplay was good too in terms of the swinging mechanics and chase sequences, however the game falls short in its combat, its very flashy, but lacks substance and complexity - not bad by any means, but just not for me.

Another small gripe with the combat is not only its repetitiveness, but the repretitiveness of the enemy voice lines, many of which being cringeworthy. Many voice lines are reused throughout the entirety of the game and I feel as if it would've drove me insane if the game was any longer than what it was.

The visuals are absolutely stunning, but I will say, in some cutscenes which contain miles outside of his spider-suit looked rather rough, but when it comes to actual in game content, it looks great all of the time, the fluidity between moving from cutscene to gameplay was incredible, a true current gen experience.

Enjoyed my time with this but cannot see myself returning to Spider-Man (2018) or playing the upcoming 'Spider-Man 2', this game gave me my fix and I am content leaving it at that.

Danganronpa is one of the most unique concepts for a game I've ever played, ofcourse this idea of a killing game isn't unique, we've seen it prior in manga such as Dokumushi, however it's cast of characters, all being "The Ultimate x" is a great twist to the genre. The cast overall is fantastic and excellently written.

The gameplay is also extremely engaging and where its true uniqueness shines, which is something you'd not normally expect from a visual novel. The split between a social sim, an investigation and the class trials was very refreshing, might genuinely be the best VN I've played.

I greatly enjoyed my time with this and I am super excited to play the others in the future.

So I liked the original version of Persona 5 a lot, but upon finishing it, I still found myself enjoying Persona 4 a lot more, and then when I played Persona 3 Portable after Persona 5, that ended up being my favourite game of all time, so out of the neo-persona trilogy, 5 was always my least favorite.

Now that was changed, with Persona 5 Royal - I didn't think Royal would be THAT big of an upgrade but hoo boy, Atlus... you nailed it. While P3P is still my favourite game of all time, I feel like Royal is the epitome of modern JRPGs, everything about this game is just so perfect, it rivals Dragon Quest XI as being the best turnbased JRPG of the last decade for me. I'll even go as far to say that this is the best game Atlus has ever made, beating Catherine and Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne in my opinion, and while I like those games more just based on my attatchment to them, that does not undermine the fact that I think this game is better than them by quite a large margin.

The new characters in Royal are genuinley some of the best characters in video games in general in my opinion. I felt nothing but sympathy for the true "villain" in Royal, he's so expertly crafted. And my favourite character in base Persona 5, Akechi, was made even better thanks to his new re-designed confidant, and this greatness is further extended in his 3rd Semester appearance. They managed to make this character, whomst I love so much, astrologically better. (I also regretted dating Haru over Yoshizawa after completing the second half of her confidant in 3rd semester :/ ).

After my disappointment with Shin Megami Tensei V, I was kind of put of playing Atlus games for a while, I am so thankful for this remaster because I most likely still wouldn't have got to Royal, what an absolute treat this was and masterclass in video game design.

woah...

What an amazing swan song to Final Fantasy on PlayStation 1, while I enjoyed VIII significantly more, this was nothing short of excellence.

Kingdom Hearts II, overall is a good game, however I do not agree with the notion that its one of the best games ever made, combat feels very mashy - which is something I don't like about Kingdom Hearts in general, and some fights are annoying due to Sora's slow animations - in some instances recovery becomes impossible after you start getting combo'd which is something I do not like. It was also irritating that I couldn't play the game underleveled, like I do with most JRPGs, once I got to the fight with Roxas I was forced to grind.

Everything else though, was actually really good, I had fun overall just a lot of annoyances.
