wall kick mechanic is really obnoxious. it's like wall jumping but you do it way early or else you won't go as far.

getting super lost about where to go with no map to reference.

not enough save points.

quit after 90 minutes.

Commenting because a friend bought this game for me and I too found the wall kick first, which is like the least intuitive and most finicky traversal mechanic in the whole game. If I had not felt too guilt about quitting a game someone else bought for me I would have also given up before finding the actually good movement options (which is a task not helped by the lack of a map). Not saying you should go back and play the game again if you didn't enjoy it but I did just wanna say that this review mimics the experience of my first few hours with the game marvelously

Yeah I love this game but the wallkick is the worst move by far. It took me awhile to get used to cause you have to position yourself at weird angles and know from wich angle your gona bounce off etc. I dont blame anyone for quiting. That beeing said: if you ever pick it up again for some reason try to get the move from the Empty Bailey/Tower Remains early aka the Wall Run. It saves you so many fucking headaches.

yeah it's too bad because i can tell there's some amount of fun in the game for me, but it didn't feel worth learning the mechanic

good bunny and lovely visuals tho
