Fun combat and pretty basic story but overall just kind of average

This is exactly what I wanted and expected to get when I bought this game. A goofy, incredibly fun and buggy simulator game (buggy in a fun way)

A fun card based shooter. What world am I living in.

Legitmately incredibly fun shooter.

Not worth your time, its fun in a sense, but your better off playing other racing games, it has a bunch of 2K bs with microtransactions and force online for basic features. Also the story got to the point where I was skipping all the cutscenes on my first watch.

Story wise, this game is better than Yakuza 0, the high points this reaches in its story are fantastic. But the gameplay drags this game down quite a bit.

It has the same styles as Yakuza 0, but they are overall weaker and less enjoyable to use. Enemies guarding used to just be a bit of annoying whilst using Rush style. Now, if an enemy is guarding, their isn't much you can do to break it. You either need to use a move to break it. (Most of them don't combo into anything so it becomes a hassle to use them) Get behind them, which isn't easy when their always facing you or just waiting for them to not guard, which isn't a great way to handle your combat.

But the main thing that holds this games combat down is the bosses. 2 things that I don't like about them. One is the Kiwami Moves, which are finishers you need to do on the bosses based of their specific style. On paper their fine, but the idea that you need to either smack them a bunch to gain heat to use a finsher on them or use a item which generates heat is kind of dumb. The game also doesn't tell you how to deal with these sequences in the bosses. It's a upgrade in the skill tree that you have to find. Meaning that someone could go the whole game without knowing the solution to these parts of the bosses.

The other thing I hate about the bosses is the fact that it's almost impossible to get a hit in sometimes, some fights will have the bosses dodging nonstop and guarding almost immediately after they dodge, making it incredibly annoying to deal with them. You either have to use rush and do the same shit their pulling and start dodging everywhere, or you need to unlock tiger drop and cheese legitmately every fight in the game.

Overall good game, story is imo better than yakuza 0 but the boss fights are what really drag this game down.

Definitely not as good as the original, but the ending is better. Music is still as good as ever and the visual in the rides are fantastic.

I realize that melee inspired movement games are just not for me.

Simular to GTA 3 but overall just a better game, story actually feels more like an actual main part of the game unlike GTA 3. Will 100% evantually

Legitimately, a fantastic game, makes me want to play the rest of the series. Evantually will 100% this. But I'm happy with the 70 hours I have sunken in so far.

Fun for a pc port of a mobile game. Got this game in a humble bundle about a year ago and decided to play it and it was pretty fun.

Not too much to say. Game was fun, though its rather outdated in a bunch of different ways in. Some mechanics are innovative and cool. Whilst others made me want to pull my hair out. Examples being, the fact that your car explodes if its outside down. You can't flip it without momentum. Shooting in cars in a absolute pain. But driving most cars is incredibly fun.

Its a wonderputt game, and if I want that experience, I know how to get it now. Nothing more than that.

Saw it was a 3D platformer in a sense and bought it because of that. Was kinda disappointed.
