I didn't play a Pokemon game when I was the target-demographic, despite being among the generation that loves these games the most. I was shown Pokemon after having already finished Ocarina of Time, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, and several other, by comparison, action-intensive games. I had no interest in ever trying a Pokemon game. Fast-forward to 20 years after this game's release, and to make my local friend-group happy I fired it up. It was just as boring in 2016 as it looked to me in 2001.
As always, not going to say the game's bad, but I'm not, and possibly never was, the target-demographic.

Hate.
It's the only thing that comes to mind when I think of LittleBigPlanet 3.
I hate how unplayable and broken it was (and still is) upon launch.
I hate how my profile was corrupted THREE times simply by launching the game.
I hate how Sumo Digital pumped this game with over 100 DLC packs before jumping ship, never bothering to fix the bugs that interfered with core gameplay mechanics.
I hate that this is the last impression this series will ever provide.
I hate how Sumo Digital took the legacy of Media Molecule's beautiful brain child and sucked all of the love and care out of it.
Despite this, I've still pumped 900+ hours into this game. Why? Because even though Sumo did everything in their power to make this as shitty and as soulless as possible, all of the things that make this game fun - the community, the create mode, the friendships that were made - were carefully fostered and cared for by Media Molecule in this series' earlier titles.
The symbolic end of my childhood.
