The sprite work in this hack is insanely good, the music they chose was mostly great, and this hacks best thing was how creative it was, there is an earthbound fight, and a shoot-em-up, which is insane that a super mario world hack can have those things in it. The main thing I didn't like about this hack was the massive difficulty spike after getting to the castle and since I played on everdrive some of the level's graphics glitched out.
I have a fun story with this game, I played it in call with my friends and by screencasting.
It was a unique and very fun experience, the game is totally random and full of references and memes, as well as a lot of fun. My only criticism is about the totally unbalanced difficulty in some parts, even closer to the end, but other than that, the game is very solid and very fun, both for the gameplay and the completely random humor and for different and creative mechanics that I did not expect in a Mario World hack.

I beat this game on hardware taking turns with my roommate. If I didn't, this would probably lose a star and a half. It ALREADY lost half a star for apparently having a gravity flip button combo that it never told us about.
The final boss feels like it absolutely could've been in a real 90s release. I like that.
