Very mixed feelings with this one. The PC port might be the worst version of this game.

It lacks the qualities of both Mega Drive and Sega Saturn versions while somehow having the worst of both. While it might look like a carbon copy of the sega saturn version, it controls worse. And worst of all, it doesn't even have the same neat special stages from that version, but has one of it's own, that is closer to the Genesis version and is dissapointing as hell.

Not even as a hardocre Sonic fan like myself was able to gather enough patience to finish this game.
