A clever story with creative tone shifts and a unique "switch-based" flowchart system. While the main story is enjoyable enough, the true highlight is in one of the guest scenarios: an over-the-top tiff between rival assassins penned by TYPE-MOON's Kinoko Nasu, with art by his partner-in-crime Takeuchi.

A wild ride from start to finish. I'm honestly a little surprised live-action visual novels didn't take off more than they did.

you have to admire the chutzpah it took to give the culprit of this game the same name as the culprit of a much better story

Largely a good time, even if Minorikawa is extremely annoying and the more serious end half isn't as good as the endearingly dumb beginning half; it'd be a five-star game if the protagonists were Chiri and Kajiwara.

Beat main story. Gotta go back to 100%.

An exercise in insanity, if you take it with that definition of doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. So many of the scenes are recycled. I would try something new and hit the same Bad End or To Be Continued... and feel like I just wasted a whole half hour. Everything is good - the writing, the characters, the gameplay. But the direction and design just does not take into account how much content is the same with each Jump.

The funniest game I have ever played. Mr. Yanagishita’s theme kinda schmoves?

good twist but not really a fan of the live action aspect

really fun characters, plot is a fun convoluted mess, love it!

Has a few minor annoyances that come up often, but overall coalesces into a startlingly unique and stylish adventure with a tremendous cast.

very fun story with the best writing ive ever read in a visual novel. a lot of rly fun puzzles in here with the decision making gimmick. great characters, had the biggest smile on my face like the entire game.

only issue is the pc port is not very great, a game like this with no mouse controls is wild. not being able to change text speed without a mod is also very questionable, but it is still very playable.

Godlike visual novel. Story is fantastic, post-game (?) is way more fully featured than you'd expect and the live action "graphics" are very fun.

The game tried to warn me! There were “Keep out” signs everywhere!

But nooo, I just had to keep going and not listen.

Story itself isn't that special but the way it's told to you makes this game peak Chunsoft and peak vn. Oh also localization is pretty fucking good

Among the people who have actually played this, I think its actually a little overrated, but there's something charming about a FMV/live-action VN. Goofy characters and scenarios, I'd still recommend this if this sort of thing is up your alley.

gameplay in the final section fucking sucks but the game is pretty good otherwise

Had an engaging start, but slowed down quite a bit in the latter half and finished with a very unsatisfying ending. Not worth the time or money.

This is one of the worst narratives I have ever experienced. It's slow, uneventful, and the live action actors are a detriment not a positive style choice. One of the very few games I've ever regretted buying.

One of the best adventure games ever made. Not much more to say than that.

Worst visual novel i have ever read

Liked the first part of the game more before it started getting more serious, but still great throughout.

My first (and last) foray into FMV games. Gotta say, not my thing. The production value was good enough, but I found the experience off-putting. It's an interesting take on the classic detective story, and the mechanic of playing from different POVs and timelines was enticing.

Not having the option to skip already-read text is really annoying in a branching visual novel like this. I also didn't find the attempts at humor to be funny. The multiple intersecting storylines approach is cool, but I wish that the game respected my time more.
