Was a disappointment after Fable II. I still had fun but felt that the gameplay changes were not improvements.

Such a MASSIVE downstep compared to 2.

Ultimately disappointing, but still fun to play.

Peter Molyneux's head got lodged in his ass during the development of this game. Luckily, we haven't heard much from him since.

Hot take; 3 was my favourite.

It's a decent game for the time, Nothing to special to it.

Can't I just have a normal pause screen, Molyneux?

Played this one a lot but its systems never really drew me in. A lot of it seemed pointless, tedious or could be gamed. The rest of the regular gameplay were just worse versions of the earlier games.

I've never beaten either of the preceding Fable games, so my opinion here is as well-founded as I'd like. From what I remember of those games, though, the magic of the franchise seemed to come from the clever writing and freedoms offered to the player in their journeys. This feels largely linear by comparison, and the humor doesn't seem to have much teeth to it despite the seemingly fertile topics of industrialization and the slow dissolution of fantasy worlds in the face of the impending creep of capitalism. The gameplay is frustratingly shallow, never really developing beyond the first hour or so despite the occasional attempt at spicing things up with new combat encounters. The crux of the whole game is the last act, though - whatever notions the player may have had regarding their agency and ability to make meaningful choices is totally demolished by a series of black and white choices that translate rather bluntly to "be a capitalist asshole and make the climax of the game easier" or "be a good person and fuck over everyone else in the finale." It's reductive to the point of frustration, and the mechanic of having the amount of capital you have be reflective of the number of lives you can save is thematically irritating beyond belief. Can't in good conscience recommend this to anyone other than those who are desperate for another Fable fix, and even those may find very little to love here.

I wished more depth for this game.

I did enjoy my time killing fantasy fascists for eight hours, but then with absolutely zero introduction there's Lovecraftian themes, a management sim and a morality system, all of it badly implemented and nothing coming together in any meaningful way.

Not without clunk, but a really fun adventure game that occasionally takes itself too seriously.

No me acuerdo de nada de este juego mas que que lo he jugado

gave me friend an std. this game isn't good.

I just remember accidentally wife-ing a certain character in the game and crying for an entire day because it meant I couldn't wife another character so bad game

I played this with a friend. It was a really good time.

This game has some of the worst UI, mechanics and storyline I've seen. Repetitive, boring and tedious. While Fable II was excellent, this game just grabbed everything good it had and threw it directly into the dumpster and set it on fire.

A decent experience, not outstanding, but it's good if you have some spare time.

There's one DLC I still want to complete

I very much like this game. Your decisions actually affect the story and overall it's a great story. One of the goats and I can't wait for the new one

"Let me say this: Fable III is a complete failure. It’s a failure of such magnitude that not only does it take what was good about Fable II and break it in several places in the name of improvement, you’re not sure Lionhead Studios were even trying."

compared to fable 1 and 2 this game is awful compared to most RPGs this game is awful.

This review contains spoilers

It was own of the worst games I ever played, I hated both endings to the game. On one hand you have the ending where everyone hates you or the other hand where you literally have no money in the treasury. I really don’t like this game at all, fable 2 is definitely the better fable game. I don’t recommend this game to anyone to play.

Fable III failed to capture what made its predecessor a great game and while I still had a lot of fun playing the third installment it just was a big let down in comparison. I still recommend giving it a play through.

This was, for the longest time, the worst game I had ever played. It was beat, but it's still shit.

Peguei pra jogar logo após o 2, eu ja tinha jogado a anos atrás então resolvi fazer a run maligna.
Cara eu gosto.
