Um jogo legalzinho pra quem quer platina fácil!!! Jogo muito básico, peguei na plus só pra testar e achei bacana... Não irei atrás da platina, mas quem quiser aproveita pq é bem simples

Play co-op and watch player one get 150,000+ points(!) and then get a nice 2,000.

The co-op mode is the equivalent of watching somebody take pretty much all of your dinner and then leaving you with meaningless parts of each food to eat (crumbs!). Not satisfying to be player 2 ☹️

P.S. Also crashed on my PS5 5 times in one day ☹️☹️

Edit: Beat it and now the game has crashed a total of 15 times.

So. I like Dangerous Golf because it's very satisfying when you break lots of stuff and the craziest thing was when I was in a hole where there's a bunch of golf holes and I shot through ALL of them by bouncing off the walls and it was all about luck, and I made more than two million dollars on my first try! And the reason why it's satisfying is when you destroy stuff it make a lot of smashing noises and it's really flashy and I like flashy stuff, and the way that the money counts up and all the stuff that you break and what it's worth going up in the corner is also very satisfying.

And the reason why it's all about destroying is because... I think the lore behind it is about a guy filming a TV show? Because it's got TV stuff and it seems like one of those cool TV shows where everything's extreme? And there's a LOT of different places, and I've unlocked four countries. Australia, France, the USA, and England. And there's a lot of signature moves that you can do, and if you break a certain amount of stuff you can press Circle and get a Smashbreaker and destroy a lot of stuff, and if you hit stuff you could get a Secret Sauce, and there's a lot of different levels and holes and the music is like fast guitars, which is making it sound extreme. And there's... it's just crazy! So, grab your PS- wait no. Turn on your PS5, go to- click on Dangerous Golf, and get smashing!

Fun for the first level, but really boring after that.

Dangerous golf? More life ayt golf

You control a golf ball and try to cause as much damage to a small room of objects as possible in a very arcade-y score mode way. A cool concept on paper, but very repetitive and gets boring quick. The fact the golf ball has horrible controls certainly doesn't help either.

A charming game about the secret desire we all have to absolutely slam a golf ball in a room full of glassware.

Fun game to kill time with, it does unfortunately feel like an 360/ps3 title.

My PS5's SSD saved this game.

I had previously played Dangerous Golf on Xbox One, and it was NOT a good time. Turns out, it just needed better hardware (specifically, a hard drive with much faster load times) to transform it from a drag to a great time.

It's no secret that this game feels a lot like the Burnout series' Crash Mode. You're here to do as much property damage as possible, though using a flaming golf ball inside of a dining hall or a gas station has far more creative options than just causing a wreck in a busy intersection. Dangerous Golf lets you trash wine cellars, restaurant kitchens, castles, and all sorts of posh living spaces full of expensive nonsense. As the game goes on, you'll unlock new mechanics and encounter more puzzle-based levels, and beating all 100 of them was a blast. I got gold or platinum medals on 77/100, but I'm not quite sure if I'll come back to bump those other 23 up or not.

One thing I didn't notice on my first playthrough was the co-op mode. This effectively lets you take two cracks at any level, with the first player going through while it's full, and the second cleaning up whatever they missed. This is a fantastic game if you've got kids, you can let them go wild when there's plenty to crash into, and then you can be more precise about smashing up what was left behind. If two adults are playing this mode, you're really going to need to communicate and plan out who goes where, otherwise Player 2 is gonna be left with scattered scraps of a level.

I can see this style of game getting old for some people, but I personally never stopped enjoying making a big ol' mess.

A fantastic game butchered by hardware limitations.

In Dangerous Golf, you get a single whack at a golf ball in a small, enclosed space. Similar to the Burnout series's Crash Mode, your objective is to do as much monetary damage as possible starting with a single impact. The twist here is that you can control the spin/direction of the ball as it bounces around the room. If you breach a certain score threshold, you get a second wind for the ball, sending it rocketing through the room with more fury than before. Lastly, you get a single shot at the cup. The ball is guided toward the cup a bit here, so you're encouraged to do yet more damage by bouncing the ball across the walls, employing some Donald Duck Geometry.

Each level is short and sweet. I adore the gameplay here.

But the load times make it nearly unbearable. Starting a new level (or even just retrying the one you're already on) will hit you with a 30-60 second load time on XB1, every single time. It's tragic.

As of the original writing of this review (February 2020), the big feature that's being promised in the Xbox Series X and the PS5 is a solid state hard drive that will eliminate long load times as we know them. Until that day comes, I don't think Dangerous Golf is worth playing, because you legitimately will spend more time waiting than golfing right now. But if you pick up a Series X and you're looking for a smaller game to fill out your library, you go right ahead and treat that speed-loading supercomputer to some Dangerous Golf.

Update: I played it on PS5, and it was WAY better

Those of you looking for a version of Mario Golf with blood spatter and decapitations will be sorely disappointed - perhaps that's the reason for the salty reviews.

Its Burnout's crashbreaking combos, substituting the car for a golf ball and traffic for pyramids of champagne glasses in swanky interiors.

Honestly it's great as the small title it is meant to be, especially in couch co-op mode - just not varied enough to warrant a higher score.

Not really that dangerous. I'm fine.
