Love this game. The characters are awesome, the voice acting is excellent and the gameplay is great.

Darn good still for the franchise, though the Vita version makes being able to clip out of bounds and being unable to beat a stage way too easy

first disgaea game i've played, soo charming and i think valvatorez is like. so awesome and silly and funny. also found it really fun in general I didnt realize howfuckig much post game overlevelling gets you IT IS addicting i love it, anyways :)

My favourite game in the series, if It had some of the gameplay and quality of life improvements introduced in D5 it could potentially be perfect. My favourite narratvie, cast, OST, everything is just great. I beat D5 using Valvatorez over Killia I actually have brainrot.

It's so close to being the best but it doesn't have class auto-upgrading so...

Don't really feel like rating the entire series; this is the best game in it overall.

Disgaea is one of the best examples of a series that consistently iterates on itself in successful ways. I hope Nippon Ichi survives to make a Disgaea 6.
