Meh, no me enteraba de las cosas y me parecía repetitivo

Imagine being Warren Spector. You created Deus Ex, one of the most important and influential video games of all time. You are then called in by Disney to work on this.

this game made mickey so cool to my 10 year old self

Mickey pero epico, genuinamente un muy buen juego con una pedazo historia que te cagas, la cámara es una puta mierda.
Juegaso, unas ganas del remake

Would have been better if they just said fuck it and gave Mickey a gun

I only played this game once in my life when it came out, so while I can't judge it's quality that well, something about it did not urge me to return.

Disney hace algo interesante, se cagan encima y lo abandonan.

This game is nostalgic, and monumentally eerie. It has some strong issues. The gameplay gets stale, the camera is awful, and there's just not enough unique content.
I think that the completely strange and disturbing aesthetic makes up for a lot of shortcomings, however. And, even though there really isn't that much replayability, I find myself constantly coming back to this game.

As a Disney fan, I thought this game was pretty neat. Loved the style and the idea. Game itself was not great, though.
We can all agree that this is a bad name for a video game and was clearly conceptualized by a bunch of marketing executives, right?

a game with a lot of potential but unfortunately poorly executed

O titulo diz tudo.
É P I C O

arguably the most difficult game ive ever played

many fucking haters and fakers dislike this game and they all have to die

This game singlehandedly made me scared of Disney games as a kid

It's rare to see a product like this coming from Disney. I remember seeing commercials for this one and not even believing this was a real game starring Michael Mouse.

I had a lot of fun with this one, despite it being maybe a little bit too long, full of needless sidequests and a good or evil system that didn't matter at all. I love Mickeys and Oswald rivalry and the fact that all of the fucked up shit that happens in this game is the fault of the often perfect and innocent Mickey.

It's funny that they are remastering this one all these years later, right after classic Mickey became public domain too. I really hope they fix or improve some of the main issues with the original game, but I somehow doubt that...

I still recommend this one. It's a fun and solid platformer with Disney characters and references set in a darker and sad world, it is pretty refreshing and worth playing just for that. I will be playing the remaster whenever that comes out.

played this when i was 8, in the most nostalgic and biased way possible, I'd say this is the best game Disney will ever make

epic mickey is such a cool game dude. unlike other games made by disney, it doesnt really feel the need to make everything look all bubbly and buttery for the camera, and lets loose a darker side that REALLY stands out in disney's catalog of licensed schlock. i dont really even like disney! and yet i still find myself coming back to epic mickey over and over again. while the light/dark path thing doesnt really amount to much in the long run, i think that the game makes up for that with just the raw atmosphere it provides. the paint mechanics are also super unique, and can lead to some pretty nifty puzzles. i love what epic mickey brings to the table, i sure do hope the sequel isnt total garbage that throws out the amazing atmosphere the first game had! (she doesnt know about epic mickey 2: the power of two)

Can’t wait for the remaster where the camera isn’t fucking broken.

Nothin EPIC about it... I said epic in the review... like game title fortress galuade galud

I would have called it "A little better than average Mickey" but ok

A decently working game that just can't compare to the original ideas the devs had. Truly a shame.
