Muy buen arte y atmósfera. Lo demás no me encantó.

I wish more people were talking about this game. It is a wonderful exploration of loss, grief and self-reflexion and utterly, utterly beautiful to look at. The art style fits the uncanny atmosphere of the narrative perfectly - this is the first visual novel that ever got me excited to unlock new images in the game's gallery, simply because each one of them is a piece of art.

Sure, the game isn't without faults, far from it. There's very little replay value to be found, some endings are incredibly hard to find and require a few, rather repetitive playthroughs.

I'd still highly recommend it - it is a lovely experience with wonderful symbolism and refreshing art direction.

Good creepy vibes earned through unhinged visual designs

Engrossing story, incredible atmosphere and a deep underlying message. Great game overall.

Really great!! I love the visual style this has going on and the timing of some of the creepier aspects of it, Candelaria is a cool mc and I really enjoyed this VN! It's kinda like the Milk Outside/Inside games in length where it's not too terribly long but there's oodles of shit to come across from repeat playthroughs to mull over and think about what the bus itself symbolizes and really the CGs you unlock for certain actions you make as well...
if you got a few hours to spare and you like games that are Juuuust that specific amount of unnerving and beautiful. go for it babe
final thoughts: ive never been fortunate enough to ride in a bus with reclining seats...
also this was released on Homestuck day slow nodding

It's a very surface level vn with little revolutionary alterations to the genre, but the aesthetic decisions, complicated portrayal of grief, and exceptional establishing of consistent tone make it stand out despite.

You play a professional mourner, using the hobby to reconcile with her complicated relationship with her own emotions. It's full of eerie folklore and urban weirdness that makes it fit in well with the Night Veil or Magnus Archives crowd, and offers a sympathetic lens to a difficult protagonist that leaves the moral rumination of the title sitting in your stomach for a good amount of time.

It won't change the minds of the visual novel repulsed, but it will offer a fascinating time for genre fans.

This game did cement my general dislike towards VNs as a genre, but the craft and narrative quality on display are clear regardless of that.

This almost literally put me to sleep at one point. “Sleep” is a big part of the game, so maybe the creator would be happy to hear that, I don't know.

I found this visual novel pretty boring. In the moment, I never felt like any choices presented really mattered and none of them gripped me. In the end, seeing the culmination of my unenthusiastic choices, I continued to be unfazed by it all. I wasn't thrilled to see I'd unlocked one of about two dozen different endings. I definitely didn't care enough to find more.

The story never gripped me, but I found this game's sense of style to be pretty good, in both writing and art design. Honestly, the atmosphere was probably the only reason I persevered to the end of this, though a playthrough won't even take you an hour.

Will you care more about Candelaria more than I did? Maybe, but I doubt it. I think this one can be avoided.
