All in all I fell like this was a bit more disappointing than the first one.
I don't know if it's the scope of it or the missions' structure, but I was a bit dissatisfied...
Still, the game is enjoyable and is less trial and error than the first so it's welcomed, humor is on point, music is great, and gameplay is good.

very fun puzzles all throughout

Better in every way to the first game: the voice acting, locations, puzzle design, optional secrets/collectibles, music, etc. The only thing missing was the commentary bubbles that give insight into the design and development process that went into the first game. I really enjoyed that and was sad to see its absence.

Man, I was enraptured with this game. I just kept replaying the levels over and over, seeing how the scenarios could play out differently using different weapons/tools and messing up the puzzles, just to see if there was any dialogue they recorded for those specific situations. I was more than happy with how much variety is allowed per puzzle. There’s usually not one set solution. It’s kinda like an immersive sim where I kept messing with the systems just to see how it reacted.

Also the object collision is perfect now and their interaction is a lot more responsive. I didn’t realize how bad the flow of liquids were in the original until I replayed it right after. They knocked it out of the park with this one.

Very fun vr game, you should play it.

I enjoy dying and being dead: 2

Absolute thrill from start to finish. None of the puzzles felt unfair, though it did become a bit of a slog to have to redo all the sections you already know how to do if you fail it. A couple of puzzles ended with "trial by error" solutions which could be a bit frustrating, but honestly, just an all around fun VR experience. Wish it was even longer!

This has such a great production value for a VR game. The music, visuals and especially the intro sequence has such style that it almost could be a Bond movie intro.

On the gameplay front there has not been much change compared to the first one. You're still trying to survive different kind of situations with your wit and spy gadgets. This still leads to some repetition when you have no clue what to do next and eventually die to some kind of trap and have to play to that specific part again.

So if you can get over the repetition on the gameplay front there is a pretty good puzzle game with excellent production value behind it.

I will never complete this game

I don’t know if it’s because it lacks that „wow” effect from playing the first game for the first time, but it just doesn’t feel that exciting. Levels don’t seem to have that variety the first one has.

There are still great ideas in here that make this game worthwhile, but you won’t see yourself going from quiet lodge in snowy forest and luxurious train ride, to tight submarine and freaking space.

Solid as hell VR title big improvement over the first in regards to the overall story shoutouts to john juniper

Mon préféré des 3 jeux, le niveau dans la cave à vin a un côté hitman que j'adore

The best vr puzzle game Ive ever played. Way better then the first game. Maybe a bit overpriced since its pretty short.

juniper reminds me of patrick bateman

Better puzzles than the first game!

in the original game i basically just spent most of my time fucking around in the office, you cant really do that here, just isnt as fun. i get why people like it, but just kinda meh for me

Like the first, but grander. Not only does this game make you feel like a super spy, but it makes you feel like you're in a high-budget spy thriller film. The characters are really interesting and watching the story unfold as you complete the puzzles is really fun to witness.

The challenges can be, well, challenging. But that makes it all the more worth it.

My only critique is that the game ended

Sometimes I think about this game and get... relaxed?

They say games like this have no replay value, I beg to differ. I have spent countless hours on this game getting collectibles, all the speed run watches and just listening to the story it’s fantastic and better than the first because of the more immersive story and better voice acting. I cried when I finished this game because I didn’t want it to end. Best vr game ever.
