I think starting and finishing this two months apart didn’t do this DLC any favours but this was just kind of ok

I don’t care about hammerhead at all, they should’ve added the wall.

Пиздец...

SCREWBALL É UM INFERNO

Good DLC. Played on Downloaded PS5 Main Game Remastered Version on PS5. Didn't complete all extra challenges for the bases or screwball as i realized the extra tokens did not get me any new suits or gadgets. Way to hard and was not wasting all that time for nothing.

And so the DLC is complete, and I will likely never play Marvel's Spider-man again.

This is actually the worst and yet the best chapter in the DLC, featuring the most interesting game-play out of the bunch but completely botching the narrative. All the build up in chapter 1 pays off with just a single cutscene with the black cat, which is immeasurably disappointing. All the character development with Yuri in chapter 2 gets no payoff, and Hammerhead's coolness is completely gone in chapter 3, he now just wants to kill you, lol. What you get is a return of Sable where she and spider-man repeatedly make stupid decisions until they beat the big bad guy and call it a day, hell MJ doesn't even get anything to do. This is just a complete narrative flop all around I believe. I honestly can't see this being a satisfying conclusion for anyone.

The open-world activities still suck and feature the same problems as the last two DLC's. As for main gameplay you've got more car chases, more beating up pools of bad guys, and a new jetpack guy that again, doesn't shake things up too much. The boss-fight at the end is also incredibly lame, same as the one in chapter 2, it's simply mind-numbing. Oh you've also got MORE trailing missions that are somehow worse that Assassin's Creed trailing missions. I think all of this just shows how limiting and lacking in depth this games combat system really is.

So that's it, I went through these before going into Miles Morales cause it's nearly winter and that game has snow! These DLC's have been immensely disappointing on all fronts, but I think they really just show off how basic this game is, how there is no depth to Marvel's Spider-Man. I already wrote about this extensively in my review for the main game, but this game is killed by how casual it is. It's a pretty thing to look at and not much else unfortunately, I cannot imagine anyone replaying the base game or any of these DLC's as the only enjoyment I see from these games are their initial cinematic thrill, almost as if I'm watching a movie. Any open world content lacks passion or creative thought, it's either mindlessly attacking people or mindlessly collecting pointless things. I doubt Miles Morales or Spider-Man 2 will fix this underlying problem, but hopefully they've got something for me to love.

Didn't get to finish this DLC because the game decided that it didn't want to give me any more missions. It seems that unfixed bugs are a continuity between the spider man DLCs.

A DLC como um todo é até que legal, te dá mais "desculpa" pra jogar a delicia que é o jogo base

Batalha final poderia ser melhor

Silver Lining ties up all the loose ends of the Spider-Man DLC Saga in a nice way. Silver Sable and the story surrounding her was good. There is also at least one new interesting side activity. But main missions continue to not be very well and the overall story is weak because of Hammerhead's emptiness as a villain.

The Full Review(No Spoilers for THIS DLC, Spoilers for Main Game and Previous DLC's):

Unlikely Friendships
The end is here. Marvel's Spider-Man releases it's final DLC Silver Lining and this chapter of Insomniac's history closes. And, this DLC is just okay. It's a little bit better than Turf Wars but nowhere close to the main game or The Heist.

The story here begins with Silver Sable coming back to get her weapons and equipment. She is furious and wants to punish Hammerhead. Her road crosses with Spider-Man and they start a friendship, maybe temporary.

The Heist was Black Cat's story, Turf Wars was Yuri Watanabe's story and Silver Lining is definitely Silver Sable's story. Her scenes with Spider-Man are great. And their relationship develops in a nice way. Voice actress Nichole Elise does a great job too.

However, exactly like Turf Wars, this DLC has a villain problem. Hammerhead returns as the big bad here but he has even less screen time in this story. He is a very empty villain and definitely dragged down both this and the previous DLC.

There are some other characters as well that I don't want to talk about. I just want to say that don't worry, this final DLC ties up ALL the loose ends. And it does a great job at that.

Main missions of this DLC are similar to Turf Wars. There are some cool missions and moments here and there but most of them are not very good. Side missions however, there is one interesting thing there.

First up, we have more crimes and more Screwball Missions. As well as 3 new outposts that are fun. I say this because Turf Wars' outposts were too difficult and not very fun in my opinion. This DLC's outposts are much better.

The interesting side activity here are Crime Scenes. These are very similar to The Heist's "Stolen Art Pieces". Each Crime Scene will give you a voice recording. There are 9 of them in total and each unlocks a piece of the puzzle.

Stolen Art Pieces went to a very interesting place with telling us more about Felicia's dad, the original Black Cat. Crime Scenes are even more connected to the main story and definitely sets up a future villain. I don't want to spoil but the only thing I can say is that you should do these. Definitely, definitely do them. Even if you don't do any other side activities, do the Crime Scene collectibles.

I mean its just so dull and lifeless , seems to have no personality and borders and boring at time, I think the only pull is the fact that they made the opponents a little more difficult but really just more annoying. Fine boss fight at the end.

This whole DLC pack was a whimper. The base game was a blast. I guess they had to phone it in eventually huh? The silver lining storyline is not as bad as the 2nd DLC, but it remains a boring extension that was maybe not necessary.
Well I guess sable is hot and interesting. The dynamic she has with spidey is semi interesting but predictable. Yuri going full psycho is interesting too I guess.
Thats about all I found worth remembering in this part unfortunately. Anyway, Hammerhead remains the least interesting villian in the game. The new enemies are at best reskins. The side missions are just as much a chore as ever before.
Nothing to write home about here. If I wasnt chasing the 100% I would not have played this. Wouldnt have missed much in all honesty.
I guess its still serrvicable, as is the whole DLC package. If you really must have more spidey, it scratches that itch!

what did they do with hammerheads cock

Esto ya es pasarse... que mal dlc, en cuanto a historia claro está. Hizo de Hammerhead un chiste andante.
DLC completado al 100%.

Did silver lining and it is uh alright? The mafia stuff is still genuinely the most boring shit ever and sable is pretty one note when it comes to uh focus character making this the weakest one story wise but I don't really hate it its still just like whatever. The Watanabe collectible story is really good tho I will give it that

Just finished this DLC and uninstalled the game immediately #THANKYOUHAMMERHEAD

Version: PS5
System: PS5
Played via Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered

The final chapter of The City That Never Sleeps DLC is pretty good as well. I wish Yuri was included in more of the actual story instead of the side missions, but I'm glad she's in here, especially considering it helps her set up as a villain in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. It was cool to see Silver Sable again, although was it just me or was Spider-Man too jokey in this? Like I know saying quips is his thing, but after losing Yuri as his partner, Hammerhead still on the loose, and Sable being... well...Sable, it feels like he did not take things as seriously as he should have. I don't know, just something small I noticed.

8 / 10.

this was so boring i really hated it

Feels a bit phoned in tbh

Silver Sable sucks.
