genuinely one of the most awe-inspiring games ever. if i cared more about planes and had a sim setup, this could easily be 5 stars.

i did a 4hr flight from mexico city to los angeles and it was one of the greatest things ever. really love exploring random locations in an xcub in particular.
This game lets you fly planes from various airports which I really appreciate. Mostly because I would always fly from SLC to LAX or LGB. I would do that because I'm a big Disney fan and I would boot up Disneyland Adventures right after it on my Xbox One X. Ahh, memories. Nostalgia aside, this game is awesome for that and the graphics are almost life-like which are the best graphics I've seen in a game. Yes, it even beats Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 on the Wii. That's how good this game looks. You should buy this game digitally or physically on a Xbox One (2nd version I played on my Xbox One), PC or Xbox Series (the 1st version I played at my brother's apartment on his Series S.
The game is a money pit if you actually want things to look realistic. There are so many add-ons to the game that it gets really annoying. As well as way too many updates that take up 20% of my Xbox storage.
For me it is fun to fly around your own city or any major city and see landmarks. I play it for about ten minutes then give up.

I know it is a simulator but... Why can't we just press RT to fly and the analog stick to move and just fly my guy. Avoid if you have anger management issues.

Probably my favourite flight sim game, realistic enough physics and amazing attention to detail with the aircraft models, with an amazing modding community as well. The graphics are also incredibly beautiful.

Incredible looking game that has enough in it for those not interested in hardcore flight but rather the technology running it. Pretty peaceful if you approach it casually.
I landed a plane at the same airport I was landing a plane at in the game and it was kinda weird but at least the real pilot was better than me at it

Only worth it for the eye candy, addons are half baked and pushed out for the general market. Stock airlines are flat and uninteresting, general aviation is better.

It's incredible how far simulators like these have come. I love aviation myself, and also stuff like geography and whatnot, so a nice little trip over the Andes mountains with the beautiful graphics it has is an absolute beauty.
