Honestly, The Addams Family game kinda disappointed. Like, I love the family and was hoping for a spooky, fun time, but it just felt clunky. The controls weren't great, the levels were kinda boring, and the whole thing just didn't really capture that Addams Family vibe.

It's not good, but I couldn't stop playing it as a child.

Olha, o Gomes definitivamente deveria aproveitar toda a grana obtida no jogo e trocar de casa, porque essa estava muito interessada em matar a família e ele.

Ah, e o jogo é deprimente de ruim.

Absolutely awful game that highlights "Nintendo hard" but smeared with shit all over it. Get ready for unfair traps, instant deaths while trying to explore that are completely unavoidable and no continues. For the best experience, turn on the "Infinite Lives" cheat. At least that way you can still experience the suffering. Also, there's a cheat for disabling the noise when you take damage and if anything, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this. It is the most shrill, awful noise the NES can make.

this would be really neat if only I knew what the fuck I was doing

While it is not that great and has many pitfalls and also very cheap kills :D I enjoyed this somewhat, maybe it was the exploration or a small nostalgia factor that I have for this. Disclaimer, if you are used to modern games or are easily frustraded. Do not play this :D

A genuinely god awful experience. This game has some of the most assholish game design choices that it’s 100% apparent that the devs just wanted to waste the time of the playing by having so many trial and error platforming moments that’d you ever even see coming unless you already knew was coming, right down to trying to be like Metroid with it’s open ended nature but not having any real direction given to the playing forcing them to just wander around the house just trying to figure out what to do and where to go. It’s assholeish level design like this that makes me absolutely hate this era of video games and is a constant reminder why I hate playing NES games.

I really liked this game.
It might sound weird but it's like a 2D NES resident evil where you have to explore your huge mansion and the area around it, picking up items and solving puzzles to access more new areas and free all the members of your family. The game is mostly great but some areas are exceptionally unforgiving, mostly ones that have to do with platforming. Also i think there are only two music tracks.
