It's free, fun with a party. Also we need more couch/vr co-op games

7/10

Pretty fun! Each game is relatively simple and allows some use of skill. Although I can’t see this being something that gets played a lot.

There are only a handful of mini-games and each one can only really be played around five times (each instance is pretty short, so five isn’t really a lot) before becoming a bit repetitive.

But for a free game, this is a great place to start getting to grips with the systems of VR. And it’s a good way to spend an afternoon playing with someone.

Haven't had this much fun since wii sports.

Cute collection of games that serve as a great introduction to PSVR. None of the games are particularly deep but they're all fun.

Disclaimer: These are my brief thoughts based on my memory of playing this 7 years ago:

Lots of fun minigames with the astrobot. While all are pretty good, none are remarkably good. However, for a free game, it is worth the time.

The NintendoLand of the PSVR. An overlooked party game that is a great showcase of what the hardware can do.

A mixed bag overall but some great party games in here. The one where the VR player is a monster is a highlight.

It's like having a better bedroom than you actually have. This game pissed me off it actually reminded me how bad my life is. Otherwise, a funny free game was a good experience.

You can be a dinosaur and that's pretty silly. The future is now.

Good introduction to PSVR.
Fun with other people

probably the best way to introduce people into VR. This game is just a bunch of aysmmetrical party game minigames (think nintendo land, but instead of a gamepad player its a VR player). The games are all creative ways to showcase VR and are all fun (well, except the haunted house one is a bit of a dud). This is the game you download to show people VR, not PSVR worlds. The world needs more asymmetrical party games.

I was only able to try the small selection of 1-player modes in this but as a teaser for what the standalone Astro Bot platformer is like, the small prototype contained herein was well worth the time.

Neat little party games to showcase the VR.

There are some really good asymmetric multiplayer games in this, it completely caught me by surprise on launch day.
