My introduction to the series. While not the most methodical game ive played when it comes to gameplay/mechanics and story, it was a damn good time and didn’t overstay its welcome in the moment to moment sequences. And while the gunplay has definitely aged, it may not drive like a Corvette, and yet it doesnt feel like a PT Cruiser either, imo the way it controls is way overhated. I cant wait for Among Thieves to just blow my mind.

The beginning of a series, this game in my opinion aged very poorly. I did not enjoy the combat, some gameplay aspects and the story as a bit weird. I am glad they improved later on but this wasn't something I enjoyed. The reason I give 2 stars and a half is for starting a series that is so beloved by its fans.

I wanted to quit the game several times because I found the combat system and the sheer amount of shooting passages unbearable. Unfortunately, the first part of the series still has a very strong focus on action and I really didn't enjoy it at all. However, the story, characters and atmosphere were very entertaining and simply...charming. I was definitely looking forward to the next installment and was glad to have stuck with it.

Talvez uma das minhas maiores decepções tenha sido tentar jogar novamente a franquia Uncharted. Este em específico, está extremamente datado mas ainda possui um valor para os fãs do gênero.

Combat honestly sucked in this game and I almost quit in the jetski part. It was kinda aggravating playing it cuz the camera angles were so weird. But hand to hand combat was kinda cooler than 2 3 and 4 tbh.

Definitely a warm-up, prototypical Prince of Persia with guns. It's visually, sickeningly green at times with plastic trees as the summit of 2006' forest aesthetic. Some of it's shoddy physicality didn't age well, the granade throw control-tilt gimmick sort of amused me back in the day, but also added to it's hellish clunkiness. Cute parts alongside the simplicity of third-person combat, somewhat struggles with things like an abhorrently difficult motorboat sequence. Very much paves the way for it's infinitely more polished sequels.
