A good first entry to an incredible series. Holds up in modern day which is very hard for many older games. Feels fun to play as a game should while giving you nuggets of story that make you want to continue. Solid 7

Played this cus I wanted to see what was Drake's first Fortune but I kinda feel like maybe this one should have been left Uncharted.

I'm still pretty fond of this game even if it's aged a lot. It's a good template that allowed Uncharted 2 to be as good as it is. I miss the melee combo you could do that would get you double ammo drops from enemies.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is the game that made me fall in love with the series. It's a little rough around the edges now, and the combat can be frustrating – but the characters are charming, the treasure hunting is thrilling, and the set pieces are insane! If you can handle some older game quirks, this is the perfect place to start Nathan Drake's globe-trotting adventures.
In fits and sputs I see why it took off as one of the leading exclusives for the PS3, but platforming and combat feel sloppy and unrefined.

This is a super nostalgic game for me because this game is in a list with batman arkham asylum and assassins creed 2 as games I've played through too many times to count. This game has a super great story and for a 7th generation third person shooter is really good at differentiating itself from the endless pile of them. The climbing's always been hit or miss for me on it either being frustating or working seamlessly but still works for what it is doing. The variety of weapons is definitely lacking with there really only being a couple different guns and some like the revolver and the deagle that are straight up just different models that do more damage. Overall though this game fucking rules and is the start to one of my favorite franchises ever and I can't wait to start replaying them for this account soon.

This is a fantastic series and one of the reasons I bought a PS3. The story and gameplay is incredible.

Pues completado (no al 100% porque me faltan reliquias) pensando que le sobra 1 hora (la parte de los bichos españoles en el bunker; ugh) y que hacia el final del juego las peleas se me han hecho menos pesadas que al principio (que había una pelea cada vez que girabas la esquina).
Me ha gustado pero algún problema, bug, las peleas, algunos escenarios y la linealidad, le hacen tener la nota que tiene. Mi objetivo es jugármelos todos.

I haven’t played the first Uncharted in ages and I wasn’t excepting it to be this hard. The game really punishes you in some chapters, even in Normal. Otherwise the story is good and the characters are great, but the overall gameplay felt clunky and unpolished at times.
It’s a good game, but it didn’t aged very well and is definitely not as good as its two sequels.

The first Uncharted led to Sony's modern trajectory and changed what a modern video game could be. The first attempt is really solid, albeit repetitious. Too much Jungle. It's worth sticking with for the ending chapters and character development. What's great is it only gets better from here.
