Another one of those easy to learn, hard to master game. Similarly to Downwell I was never good enough to reach the end 😅

Meet Dave is a 2008 American science fiction comedy film directed by Brian Robbins and written by Bill Corbett and Rob Greenberg. It stars Eddie Murphy in the title role, Elizabeth Banks, Gabrielle Union, Ed Helms, Scott Caan and Kevin Hart. The film was released on July 11, 2008 and grossed $50 million against a $60 million budget.

A neat little arcade-style game based around throwing skulls at eggs and the monsters that hatch out of them. Your score is measured in the coins you collect, which are dropped by the eggs and monsters upon their deaths.

I could see this being a lot more fun if it were in an actual arcade setting, but on a console it's just a pleasant diversion.

This is a game when I bought it originally on PC I just flat out didnt get it. Its basic and overly simple, you die easy and there just isnt really a lot of content here.

On my Vita however? Another story completely, suddenly the bite-sized nature of it made sense, the pick up and play nature felt natural on a handheld that I could just swish through a quick game in between other things. Dont get me wrong, its still quite limited in scope but its fun enough for the brief shot every now and again.

I remember getting this for free on Club Nintendo and then playing it and thinking "wow, this is nothing special!"
