There is 10 seconds of gameplay variety in this

shit was ass but my stupid kid ass loved it for some reason

I thought this was something I dreamed up

Ever wondered what a Yu-Gi-Oh title mixed with Mario Party with grossly unbalanced mechanics would play like? No, me neither

Just awful. Barely explains how to play, many interesting characters to play as are locked behind cheat codes, everything about the actual 'strategy' seems to be behind three layers of random number generators that decide who wins. It's hard to be a 'Board Traveler' when the board is 16 total spaces and you're just walking in circles.

Just for giggles, I went back to this game recently to see if it was actually as bad as my childhood made me think.

It was. It tried to be different, just for the sake of being different.

What the hell was this?

Look, I appreciate Konami for trying to do things a little different with the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise with some of their games but here's a perfect example of them trying that very thing and failing miserably at it.

It's a weird sort of party-ish game where you move around the board, duel and gain spaces on the board but not only does it get so yawn-worthy very quickly, it doesn't even tell you the bloody rules of the game (and the manual isn't too useful with some info either).

This is what we could call a swing and a miss straight into the nearest rubbish game bin.

No idea why I own this game. Retried it a while ago.
