Used to always love playing this at my neighbors' as a kid, so really cool to finally own this. As far as platformers go, this is one of the good ones IMO. Solid difficulty curve as the game goes on, plenty of secrets to discover, and the main mechanic of jumping on boxes and stuff feels good. Crash's handing isn't as smooth as I'd like, especially doing 180° turns in the air. Knowing where you'll land is iffy at times too, sometimes you can't pinpoint his shadow. But good game all around.

Um jogo muito bom,com uma história boa,com uma gameplay simples,só que gostoso de jogar da vontade de jogar e jogar várias vezes sem enjoar

Lots of questionable design if you go for 100%, but otherwise a much more polished game than the first one.

**** you if you think Warped or the first are the best ones, THIS is the best of the trilogy

100%ing Cold Hard Crash is not worth it but otherwise it's pretty awesome

Coco told Crash Bandicoot to study a bunch of baseball tapes so that he could learn how to slide like the best of them, and we are all better for it.

A perfect score for me is a game that lives up to every expectation I have of it or can barely be improved, moreso than being better than other games of lower ratings. Crash 2 is exactly that. It's still one of my favourite games in this case, but it's no pinnacle of gaming. But it wouldn't feel right to give anything but a 5 given the fact that only the bosses could use some improvement -- And that's discounting N.Gin and Tiny who ARE nothing but good. So yeah. Great game, the best Crash game, in fact.

I really wanted this to be higher, but some of the levels in the end-game are just plain awful. At least the soundtrack is tight.

The levels with the polar bear cub are masterpieces

One of my favourite games of all time, i seriously can't find a flaw with this game. The level design is excellent, the controls are perfect and the difficulty is a perfect balance between tough and fair. Oh and it holds up fairly well still

"WOAF, WOW that was intense! Woah, I just flew in from the new Ruins level and boy are my arms tired!

AHAAA!"

everyone says this is the best one but I found this one to have the most frustrating levels in the whole series

Again, Played the remastered version on Switch, I think I liked this one more than the first one lol

The absolute pinnacle of linear 3D platforming. Controls are tight and feel good to execute, levels are interesting and challenging. 100%ing it feels extremely rewarding with the various difficult gem challenges and there's very very few gimmick levels that the sequels run rampant with. Only real knock against it is the weak boss battles but the focus of this game is the tight platforming and clever level design which it executes flawlessly. Truly a pure game for gamers.

Not as stilted and awkward as the first crash but not as good as the third. Awkward middle phase.

Far less miserable than Crash 1, but still marred by some utterly exasperating moments, particularly on the road to 100% completion.

Pure platforming goodness, a fantastic game that's an absolute step up from the original.

Crash 2 improves a lot on the first game while also being more forgiving, which made it much easier for me to play as a kid. While I'm not a big fan of platformers, the Crash games are still very dear to me.

inferior to the first in every way :o)

a huge improvement from Crash 1 physics and a lot more enjoyable. Great levels but replay value meh. never the less

divertido, nao sei se tanto quanto o primeiro

Crash Bandicoot 2 is a straight evolution from the first game. Better control, more abilities, better visuals, and even more content. I still see myself playing this game to this day and it never getting old and still standing the test of time. Either through the N Sane trilogy or on the PS1 this game is a classic through and through.

Crash Bandicoot looks and sounds very good but plays somewhat poorly and has tedious level design. Would not recommend, even though you're obviously going to want to have played it because all of your friends love Crash Bandicoot and played it when they were ten.

This game is the summation of what Crash Bandicoot is at its core - corridor level design, poorly-explained collectathon elements, and a handful of fun gimmicks to vary it up. Crash 2 is just pure nostalgia for me, but as a game, it just doesn't hold up as well as other games of its era (particularly Spyro). It's only a couple of hours long, so there's no real harm in checking it out, but don't expect much. Still a vast improvement over the original, though.

Pretty fun platformer. Not as hard as 1 but does have a bigger variety of stuff.
