Clearly the worst out of the 3 Fable games

The most hilariously pathetic non-ending that any video game has ever had. The rest of the game prior to that just feels like Fable 2 but a lot less memorable.

Such a MASSIVE downstep compared to 2.

Fable II walked so fable 3 could trip on a small pothole and hurt its ankle

Peter Molyneux's head got lodged in his ass during the development of this game. Luckily, we haven't heard much from him since.

I played this with a friend. It was a really good time.

I must be the only person who loves this game. It depicts the promises and hopes of a revolution against the harsh reality of leadership and responsibility.

Got this game free on my 360 and killed so many people in town i had to make like 50,000 worth of pies. Fun to mess around with but i didn't really care about the story or anything.

Hot take; 3 was my favourite.

When you're the king and you have a side gig of chopping wood to fund the treasury for the good ending.

It's a decent game for the time, Nothing to special to it.

Can't I just have a normal pause screen, Molyneux?

Fans of the fable series seem to really hate this game. But I loved it, and I’m not ashamed to say that. The missions and characters were fun, the well known voice actors all did an excellent job and overall this game is just really fun to play. There are lots of things to discover, lots of unique weapons to acquire and unique ways to upgrade them and hundreds of people that you can interact and spam the fart thing interaction with. The humour in this game is just so perfect, I wish more games would incorporate a similar style. Although the ending can be broken if you just buy all the property and rent it, allowing you to make more money than you could ever possibly need, I still had a blast playing this game.

Was a disappointment after Fable II. I still had fun but felt that the gameplay changes were not improvements.

gave me friend an std. this game isn't good.

I loved the first 2/3 of this game, then realised I could not get a good ending due to not grinding enough for gold to fend off the invasion at the end - it made me somehow regret(?) my playthrough and kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ultimately disappointing, but still fun to play.

I just remember accidentally wife-ing a certain character in the game and crying for an entire day because it meant I couldn't wife another character so bad game

Not nearly as good as Fable 2 but still a fairly enjoyable time.

I prefer Fable II's gameplay, but Fable III has an amazingly fun story and I scared myself so badly playing through Shadelight the first time at 3AM. I've replayed this game a lot and will continue to do so.

This game has some of the worst UI, mechanics and storyline I've seen. Repetitive, boring and tedious. While Fable II was excellent, this game just grabbed everything good it had and threw it directly into the dumpster and set it on fire.

Pretty bad attempt at an rpg. Everything feels samey and looks like mashed potatoes. I have never seen a more binary "good-evil" alignment" like the one in this game. It's either commit genocide or hug puppies with Fable 3

it's fun until you beat the game

A decent experience, not outstanding, but it's good if you have some spare time.

There's one DLC I still want to complete

I very much like this game. Your decisions actually affect the story and overall it's a great story. One of the goats and I can't wait for the new one

I could go on forever with my disappointment.
So few areas. Bowerstone is a quarter of them.
The maps don't even function as a map. The geometry is so unmemorable that you'll want one.
Every weapon is legendary.
No trolls. 4 enemy types.
You will only die if you aren't paying attention.
Magic is all attacks now.
Hand-holding replaces follow (how do you even have group sex? THERE'S A STAT FOR IT)

Shines in the characterful sidequests though.
