Follows many, if not all of the same beats as INSIDE without the excellent pacing, but there's something very innately satisfying about this whole ordeal - you and a partner rolling a ball through tombs while avoiding sudden death. Has a big catacomb we colloquially named "The Ball Crushing Room".

A short coop (a bit more than 1 hour or so), with good but not so difficult puzzles. I liked it but can recognize some downsides.

A co-op puzzle game (which can also be played in SP by using one controller to control both characters, a la Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, which is how I played it) where two characters must manipulate a light orb around a labyrinth to avoid deadly shadows. Love the art direction and it's a solid enough premise, but unfortunately didn't care for the execution of the shadow mechanic; the fact that falling into shadow will kill a character near-instantly (sending you back to the most recent checkpoint), and especially that one playable character can cast a lethal shadow on the other, results in far too many accidental deaths even when just doing extremely basic navigation around the level to figure out a puzzle. Ultimately, I just found it too frustrating to recommend, let alone to finish; it might be better in co-op, but I imagine the shadow mechanics would still be an issue.

Meh... Story is... Well... No comments.
Weak puzzles. Isn't buggy. Only.

A mostly fine puzzle game that's pretty decent for a casual co-op session that somewhat overstays its short welcome with a janky finale. There are more interesting and more fun puzzle games out there, but you don't have a lot to lose with Morkredd.

A short co-op puzzling that overstays its welcome with its simplistic game mechanics.

Don't play couch co-op unless you want to get into fist fights every time your friend decapitates you with their shadow. @UrThirdCousin

Morkredd is fucking amazing, the way the game is played using the light ball is really imaginative and the game is just so fun as a puzzle game, you can play as either a co-op game or by yourself which not many games are able to incorporate so I think thats really neat
