I never watched Dragon Ball before playing this game, but I found it quite fun. The story was clean and straightforward and the quests were fairly fun but could be repetitive at times. There was a good amount of customisation; it had a lot of different accessories to change your character's look and different races (classes) to choose from when starting the game which don’t alter the game but will affect the build you have.
Although all the fun I had in this game was from the arena fights, the great combat system made it extremely enjoyable for me. My brother was crazy about Dragon Ball, so he LOVED this game, and he was the reason I played it. He grinded through the whole game, unlocked all the characters, and we would always play against each other, experimenting different characters and abilities. I don't like that some of the fan-favourite characters can only be unlocked through the DLCs, of which there are too many, priced up to $10 each. However, they all had new content along with it: additional quests, stories, abilities, and costumes, which made some of the DLCs worth it. WAAYYYY too much side content though.
Overall, game is decent/good and I think it is one of the better anime games.

I feel like everyone has at least one game based on a TV show or movie or something you love that you acknowledge is very flawed as a game but you just can't get enough of it. That's the Xenoverse games for me.
MMORPG de dragon ball muito bom, raid e missões, a história também é muito boa
Muito parecido com o primeiro, ele tem novos personagens e novas mecânicas mas eu diria que não mudou muito do primeiro não... Mas é um jogo muito bom!!! Recomendo, bem divertido e lutas interessantes!
Pra quem curte dragon ball e a ideia de criar seu próprio personagem é extremamente divertido. O sistema de level up é legal e a progressão no jogo é bem tranquila, não é difícil subir de nível e farmas as coisas mas não é mega fácil tendo umas missões bem difíceis, a personalização é muito boa com muita variedade de técnica, roupa, acessório, me diverti mt jogando e pretende tentar platinar pelo menos a versão sem dlc.
Mais do mesmo, mas pelo menos melhoraram a IA burra do antigo e tem mais conteúdo.

As much as I want to give this game a higher rating, there's too much holding it back. Unnecessary amounts of grinding, a crap ton of cheese and gimmicks in PvP, and DLC practices that put EA to shame
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 may not be the perfect Dragon Ball game, but it is the most complete and includes many surprises.
Youtubers carried this game. As for today though it's dead. Horrible gameplay loop, campaign is too grindy, obvious DLC gouging, and the always online philosophy make this a utter shite game.

This game is certainly something, I'm currently in the middle of getting all the achievements, it's very hard and painstaking
The first Xenoverse game was really fun but there was definitely room for improvement. Xenoverse 2 enhanced the character creation, improved the gameplay dramatically, and expanded the story. This game is drastically better than the first and continues to receive updates and DLC packs to this day. It's undoubtedly my favorite Dragon Ball game and worth playing if you're a fan of the series.
Le combat versus 3D est très réussi (à la DBZ Tenkaichi Budokai). Un grand pool de peronnages est disponibles. Cependant le mode histoire n'est pas très palpitant.
