Xenoverse 2 is a very underwhelming and mediocre sequel to an already ambitious game that left a very soulless impression on me. I played this game's story throughout and it's a literal copy and paste from the first game with like a couple new villains and i think like one or two more levels. The side quests are a lot better in this game and there are a lot more of them and each DLC comes with a nice amount to keep you occupied. The custom character is a cool concept and done pretty well actually in a game like this i can choose what skills i want and learn them and obtain them in fun ways and the customization is very plentiful. The combat isn't very good in my opinion, it can be very stiff and not a lot can be done to make it fun to learn and master. The roster is a lot better this time around and a lot more variety and inclusions of characters to make fans of the series happy with attention to detail. Overall i didn't like it much but it held my attention for like 150-200 hours so theres something enjoyable about it.
Pretty fun arena fighter, online sucks really bad though but I play it anyway. Online has some serious connection issues, where your opponent can hit you from extreme distances or you can get sucked into Kamehamehas, or guardbreaks just dont guardbreak when online, and sometimes tech ONLY works online in lag. Really easy to pick up, I learned most of the tech within a day of playing. Modding community is awesome for the PC version of the game.
