I will not be influenced by nostalgia and revisionism here. People that tell you this game is better than 2 are blinded by the art and music, which I will admit are pretty good. But to me there is no reason to come back to this game except for Wrath of the Machine. The base game before TTK has the most nothing story and a gameplay loop that is so boring, I’d rather just sit in the tower and reminisce for an hour.

If this was just taking a look at base Destiny 1 I would be so harsh on it, D1 and year 1 in general are the weakest the series has ever been with a poorly written story and boring quest design, but as a full package with Taken King, oh my goodness I haven't played anything like it. The emphasis on teamwork and focus on tight gunplay make this unlike any FPS I have ever played before.

not a good game for people with no friends. wasn't the case for me, i had lots of friends, but im just writing it for people who may be curious about doing the raids and trying it out and stuff. do NOT buy this game or anything related to it.

Le jeu m'a matrixé pendant mon adolescence. Avec du recul il n'était pas si fou que ça mais le coté RPG du jeu, le design, l'univers et le fait de le faire à plusieurs m'a fait passer des centaines d'heures...

Despite a lot of opinions i’ve heard over the years. You really had to be there on release to truly understand how special this game was to a lot of people. Very good game for 2014, if it came out today it would not be so hot i’ll say that much

I liked this game but they Disney Vault'd Titan. I really wanted to show that level to my friend John but I can't. I'm not going to play a game that just yoinks fun.

An amazing looking and sounding experiance that is also hollow and repetative at it's core. One of the biggest examples of a video game not living up to the hype at all.

Super satisfying combat mechanics, really cool world building, and lots to do.

My first PS4 game. I was so stunned from the graphics. Weird how you always think "graphics cant get any better than this!"
