Jogo legal, mas achei ele bem cansativo, principalmente pelo backtracking excessivo e o mapa ser extremamente confuso. Talvez eu volte a jogar futuramente, mas por enquanto não.

It is as it says on the tin - It is Mega Man Zero and X coming together to form something fantastic.

There is so much fun to be found with the Biometals and not to mention all the neat fanservice found in this game.

Getting the upgrades can feel like a chore at times, but otherwise, this was a fantastic next step from the Zero games.

1 of 2 attempts at making the Megaman formula work as a Metroidvania, ZX is a game with fantastic ideas, fast paced combat and amazing level design, all combined into a game that doesn't know how to put all these parts togther seamlessly.

The story follows on from the end of the Zero games, but is pretty light throughout, not taking advantage of the characters presented. But the setup allows for one of the most versatile characters in the series in terms of gameplay, you essentially can switch between different playable modes at any time, some which focus, on combat, some on movement, some excel in certain scenarios, the variety is there.
It's so annoying that the game just doesn't do enough with these abilities, despite how cool they are, I ended up not using a few of them due to a lack of obstacles requiring specific abilities.

However when it comes to general level design, it's fantastic, every area is set up like a traditional stage, and the flow is spot on. But the areas all interconnect, not always giving you an easy way to fast travel around them. This leads to you retreading your steps a lot, especially when doing side quests that can only be taken on one at a time... it's stupid.
But despite that, the game is so much fun when it's just being a Megaman game. The bosses are great, I love the music, and despite the obvious missed potential, this is still a top pick from the series - 7.5/10

One day I'll give this game another shot. The map was really bad and I had a hard time navigating the world.

This made me so frustrated i don't even want to write a proper review, i'm going to just say shit and that's it.

This is a Nintendo DS game released in 2006, but the level design looks like a NES game, and i'm talking about that ones that punish you if you are like 2 pixels more to right than you should.

The map is totally useless, the save system is broken and if you finished that without the save assist in the collection, God bless you cause you probably lost all your sanity. Not only exploring the map is confusing and makes you lost, your character is made of cardboard and dies so easily that dying even stop making sense, and that also prejudices one of the most important aspects to me of the Mega Man franchise, the boss fights.

The boss fights either the boss kill you in 3 hits, either you kill the boss really fast. The exception is the Prometheus and Pandora boss fight, i was almost having a stroke in that boss fight and i don't even remember how i managed to beat them, i just remember my vision being blurried cause i was already so tired of that shit, somehow i dodged everything in final seconds of the fight and beated it, since like i said, if you are 2 pixels wrong you are going to get damaged and die really fast.

I don't have much to say aside from that, i like the visual and the music but the characters are kinda boring, i didn't liked any character at all and they didn't grow with me, different from the Zero franchise that even the annoying characters turns to be likeable later. That's probably the most weeabo Mega Man (excluding the gacha one), it was supposed to be a fusion of Zero and X but it's some weird stuff that looks more like a fusion of NES era bullshit, anime and metroidvania if it was designed by monkeys.
