In lieu of trying to explain how Placid Plastic Duck Simulator got me into experimental minimalist electronic music, I will just say that the act of playing this game was one of the most fulfilling forms of meditation I’ve ever experienced, comparable to the time I fell asleep in high school yoga class and had the deepest, most restorative 15 minutes of sleep I’ve experienced prior or since.

WHY IS THIS GAME SO GPU INTENSIVE

zoning out to the ambiance and music while i watch my horde of silly little plastic ducks is a relaxing and oddly hypnotic experience that i love very much

me and my friends had actual fun watching these ducks float around. we were all cheering when the first duck made it into the slide.
