(Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story)
Good example of a game that's very flawed mechanically making up for it with personality.
The goal in each room is different, even what you're using to shoot and what you're shooting varies, always something odd. For example one level is shooting cigarettes at lighters and Rizla logos. Much of these rooms are what feel like jokes specifically designed for Minter and is community. The game is pretty generous with health/lives too, so it's easy to wander around. Unfortunately that generosity also feels like a necessity when a lot of the time hitting and being hit has a fairly weak reaction. I can understand the enemies having weak reactions given that finding out what to do is a bit of a puzzle, but the player character could stand to react more too. The screen size and controls make things hard to react to in general too.
I do like this game a lot, just in a way that makes me wanna see what comes next, not play what comes next.

Jogado na coletânea Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story.

A truly brilliant sensory overload, constant rule changes, a sign of the times that are only replicated whenever a new medium that allows for such silly expression comes out (like the internet). Very lenient, you can just go ham on the exploration of all the weirdo rooms, one after another. Brilliant stuff.

Perimeter shooter with the urgency of Robotron and the typical weirdness of a Jeff Minter game.
