An endless wealth of replayability and depth to this one. I think I put 80 hours in the first week I bought it. The stress but fun of building up your colony and watching relationships and stories play out between your colonists is endlessly addicting. An active modding community and all the incredible DLC means you can keep pumping more time into it and never get bored. Every colony is a fresh experience!
i like this game. if you play it, i recommend using custom difficulty and turning down the threat scale to 50%. My favorite part is probably the lore and world building.

4/24 An incredible simulation game. 50 hours in and I feel I've barely scratched the surface. I think I will continue spending time with this game for many years.

While the game + dlc's are definitely expensive, if you have the money, it's definitely worth the price. Over thousands of hours worth of content and the freedom to do all the war crimes you feel like doing
I come back to this game like every six months or something it's THAT GOOD. There is just way too many ways to play this game for a colony sim. Infinite modding supoort + expansions that add entire brand new mechanics ohhhhhhh mannnn. This game is a time sink like crazy.

Cuando consigues superar la pequeña barrera de entrada que supone entender como funcionan sus sistemas, es un juego que te da tantísimas opciones para desarrollar tu colonia que si eres fan de la gestión te va a encantar como poco. A parte de ser un generador de historias al nivel de dwarf fortress.

I get it. It's supposed to be hard and annoying. That's supposed to be the charm. I never found it charming. Love watching others play it, cant be assed to try it myself anymore. I never have fun.

Enfim, o que quero dizer é: esse jogo é mais perfeito do que parece, compre sem medo (pirateia se não tiver condições, mas compra assim que tiver pra ajudar os devs).

A great theme, just a good bit of fun. Gets a bit slow towards the endgame, but youll make memories that youll remember for a long time in the early game.
Great game, great theming, simple but effective graphics. Takes a while for the gameplay loop to get old; mods help, but don't completely revive it once it croaks. Gets a lot slower in the lategame - both gameplay-wise and performance-wise.

Extremely good game, very simple to learn and punishes you hard for not preparing for everything, while still being very chill. It never feels unfair or overly difficult, and even if you feel that the game is too easy, you can always tweak the difficulty before starting a colony.
DLC's are very modular and not really essential for anything, just plug-ins that enhance the storytelling that the game creates for you.
The only downside that i could think of is that this game never has a sale for over 20% discount lol

I think this may be one of the best games of all time, solely for the unforgettable stories that emerge from it. There's a reason it is described as a storytelling simulator almost more so than a game. It has those dwarf fortress vibes but in a more digestible form in my opinion, and the modding community for the game is incredible. If you've never played this game, you owe it to yourself to try it just once.
I've spent endless hours on this and still keep coming back to do new runs
