i fw a good roblox session with friends but it gets increasingly harder to convince people to play when every game has a ui that takes over 60% of the screen and screams at you to spend money on it every 5 seconds

Its pretty hard to find good games on roblox. but once you find you will have some fun, But the critism for roblox is the poor moderation, and mid updates. this game was good until roblox became corp(Idk ig i was like 7-8 years old when i found it good 🤷♂️)
Roblox is just like Gmod. Most of the custom made games aren't really noteworthy or outright terrible, the community is filled with young teenagers and weird people, there's cheaters everywhere that likes to kill all the players at once via admin controls, or even forcing microtransactions onto the player if they want to dress up as Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa or Knuckles from Sonic the Hedgehog.
But there's legitimate gems in this platform that makes Roblox worth your time. Notably with SAKTKIA51, The Rake Remastered & it's Noob Edition, and all of those Sonic titles(Except the one made by Gamefam)as they're in higher quality and isn't dependent on microtransactions.
For that I think Roblox is alright, although it could be better.

the place good games go to get played. roblox itself is a shit show, the userbase full of creepy bastards, but the people who put effort into the games on the platform will never lose my admiration. runs good on plenty of devices and most games adapt to whatever you're using, making most creations accessible to everyone.

ive been on a semi childhood binge lately, so i figured fuck it yknow
hopped into one of my old favorites, "natural disaster survival" with a player look i last updated at least 6 years ago. felt weird. this game mode was a lot more boring than i remembered. it also stole my money, as the game specific items i bought all those years ago were gone. i guess i grew up cuz this shit mid af lol
although i cant really speak for the entire game if i only played one of billion modes ig.
oh well
