I finished this game with my big brother and cousin. Played it countless times when I was a kid, and I still remember the first 3 hours of gameplay by memory to this day.

Uma história engraçada é que na época desse game, simplesmente todos os DVDs que eu tinha dele travavam na parte da caixa de pandora, parecia até uma maldição. Apesar disso tudo, eu consegui zerar depois de conseguir um DVD que não travasse nessa parte.

I've been playing the roots of the God of War series alongside playing both the 2018 reboot and Ragnarok, so it's been fascinating to see how this series has evolved. God of War II holds up even better than its predecessor, with fewer annoying combat scenarios, a plethora of new tools to play with, and well-designed puzzles. The game also is perhaps the best looking PlayStation 2 game, at times looking like an early PlayStation 3 game. It's not perfect, as parts of its game design have dated (instant death rooms, the right control stick dodging), but it holds up remarkably well.
One of the most influential hack and slash games of the PS2 era and the game I played the most as a kid.
A sequencia tão boa que deixar o primeiro jogo quase obsoleto, e ate batendo de frente com algumas continuações, ação desenfreada do começo ao fim, uma gameplay fácil mas extremamente satisfatória, a historia que mesmo sendo so o meio dela tem um impacto gigante, e final tão animador que me deu vontade de jogar a continuação imediatamente.

Simplesmente chegou e já firmou a franquia como um dos clássicos do playstation com ação descaralhada do inicio ao fim com uma gameplay satisfatoria e responsiva.
One of those games that had openings that I will never ever forget. Everything was a step-up from its predecessor and it still holds up well on the PS2.

Instead of getting powers from the different Greek Gods, Kratos instead receives his powers from the Greek Titans who wish to seek revenge against the King of the Greek Gods: Zeus.
Since Zeus kills Kratos for being unloyal to him and the gods, Kratos gets another chance and heads to the Sisters of Fate to kill Zeus and get revenge.
The voice actors all do a great job at portraying their characters. Terrence C. Carson voices Kratos, Linda Hunt voices the Titan Gaia and the narrator and Corey Burton voices Zeus who also voices him in Disney's Hercules animated series.
Anyone who is a fan of Hack and slash games and/or God of War should play this game.
