RGG asks: what if we made a yakuza game more grindy? Really solid foundation but it squanders a lot of its potential.

Excellent condensed Yakuza game that really highlights the downfall of the old Yakuza ways. The main villain of this game would be a leader 20 years ago, but values are different now and he's left to scrape by. The ending scene is amazing on its own and given context from 3-6 (having played those after this) it hits even harder.

This game has really high highs and low lows. Side content is excellent, story is actually really strong until the end takes a downturn, but moments like Saejima's long boring prison section really drag the game down.
