It absolutely has it's problems, but somehow they make the experience feel more authentic.
The game is a fantastic web of Gamedesign, every quest you embark on is never boring and taking one to completion may open the way to 4 other quests.

the strongest feeling I felt while playing this one, is how much I would have rather play Saints Row 3
It's incredibly good but sometimes you'll find yourself run around in circles
