It's pretty wild that a roguelike (the term actually applies here - it is genuinely quite a bit like ROGUE) with this original of an aesthetic came out on Genesis in 1991. The fact that it's good, that it's especially good with two players(!), and that it actually found an audience is even crazier. What a weird gem of a game. It's not perfect, but it is fun, and I'm glad that it exists.
