My one faint memory as a kid is how you could record your own voice lines that play during races. I can only imagine the carnage that would've occurred if these voice recordings could be played during online races

All time childhood banger

Quite possibly the worst game I have ever had the dishonor of playing. I've played to level 40 (at least) about 3 different times, forcing a new friend through with me each time. We had a blast. Awful game.

Having to "buy" saves with tokens is such a bs mechanic. I have the Japanese version of the game and accidentally used all my coins to buy hints that I couldn't read, oops. Otherwise, better than DKC1 imo

It's been 10+ years and I'm still stuck on the boat level
