I don’t like MMO’s, but I’ll admit that this was ok. It’s a little better than FFXI and some other MMO’s, it’s still just not for me, but I’d still give it a 6.5/10.

Actually better lineup than the first, but the hype and impact around the first one was more insane. Great send-off though...

Very disappointed, SMW2:YI is my second favorite Mario game but this was such a lesser version unlike something like Super Mario 64 and it's DS counterpart. Still fine just needed more to it.

I’m not a huge fan of MMO’s so a 4/10 would’ve been no surprise to me, but the ideas this game had was interesting enough to keep playing solo for a while which not many MMO’s have. The game was even a fun at some points even though I despise the genre, so a 6/10 but nothing higher. Didn’t finish it and never will probably, but it’s not necessarily bad.

Made some sort of comeback so after all that it’s honestly ok, better than mediocre but not great.

This is a great game, amazing graphics, music and characters as well. But it’s not even a fourth of the original game, it’s basically just the intro but padded out. Square had said that with the size of the original it would take multiple games and they were certainly right. From what I see here though it looks promising with the exception of some gripes I have with the story and some other aspects compared to the original, but a solid 8.5/10 at the very least.

This game has a great aesthetic, good story and a banger soundtrack but my god the combat can get so frustrating.
