Way too dated.
Repetitive missions and the only interesting bit of history happens at the end. Thank god the series improve quite substantially because it ain't cutting it.
If it ever gets the remake treatment and the history is conected better with much better mission design, it could be a top assassin's creed. Damascus is one beatiful city that could be an amazing scenery if done right.

Really fun coop experience, although I haven't played it solo which could be a mid experience to be fair. But with a buddy it’s one of the most entertaining experiences I've had in a long while.
Bear in mind that this is an action 3rd person shooter more than a terror experience. You'll find more "oh that's gross" than "shit that was frightening" moments. As a Resident Evil experience, this game is not even mid, it's not up to the job. But it shines when played with someone, managing the inventory, and focusing on bosses it's real fun.
So, if you want the real Resident Evil experience play any other title but if you don’t mind the crazy shenanigans, it pulls off (Chris punching the boulder) you're for a treat.

Played it cooperative with a buddy and we both were astonished by it, not in a good way...
Seriously WTF is this mess of a game. Disjointed pieces of history all over the place, ridicule character development and washed-up mechanics even for X360/PS3 standards.
And don't get me started on boss and enemies’ fights. No kidding, a T-Rex and then a monster with a bone-throwing machine gun? Is it that all they could came up with?
Resident evil 5 did all 6 can but better. Better coop experience by far and you got Chris punching a boulder which in comparison with all the shit 6 does looks tame.
Also, why would you craft a singleplayer campaign (Ada's Story) on a "cooperative in mind experience".
To sum up, when remaking time comes to this game, I hope Capcom will throw it away a make an actual Resident Evil 6 that can live up to their current standards of quality.
