It took a great direction, and while it has some stuff i think it could iron out, it certainly was a really fun game.

Rengoku doin' the flame tiger blazing universe tod

I think the venom punch and camouflage make miles a notable bit more fun than peter. Aside from that that, just a bit more Marvel Spider Man in a more cut down package, a little for the better if anything.

It sure was a faithful diamond and pearl remake.

I like it, very much better than og DP from what i can tell, but it still retains some pretty weird ass pacing in the pokemon you fight, general difficulty, and i think how some things are done (mainly with pastoria city), and a lot of weird specific things like TMs being limited usable items (then again they do come with multiples so that's fine), and HMs (though it's handled pretty well so no complaints aside from flash and defog, flash isn't one but i hate it anyways.)

I think it's just really neat issues aside, and i think if you want to see what Diamond and Pearl are like, play these. Though it did make me really want Platinum to get the remake treatment cuz i think it does a lot better than DP, but whatever, i like this.

My team was:
-Infernape (Ignis)
-Mew (Sirien)
-Lucario (Oren)
-Roserade (Haven)
-Floatzel (Jet)
-Honchkrow (Gio)

P.S.: I think this playthrough really made me appreciate Floatzel and Mew a whole lot more.

You can walk into buildings, and your moveset is so much better expanded than in Yakuza 6 it's so fucked up

Played through normal and a legend mode run, Yakuza Kiwami 1 is the second yakuza game i played, and weirdly one i like coming back to more than 0.

Not one that i'd say is like "better" as it has it's own missteps, and is kind of the first game with a greater level of polish, but i think it not relying on just money plus the majima everywhere system makes things a lot more fun to progress in the game.

Story is also pretty fine. Not much to say about it aside from the ending being kinda... meh af. I do like how some of the scenes are more dynamically shot, like when you first meet yuya.

I think it's just a weirdly more cozy Yakuza 0, and I like it.

I think it takes the idea the first game had, and very much expands upon it with having the two characters fully playable rather than sometimes both but mostly one.

I think it's a really neat concept with a fun, if a bit repetitive execution. Definitely really clean on the switch version too.

Said the same thing before, it's really charming but can be a bit repetitive and annoying at times.

Very well worth my time, and yours as well, Kaito is the best.

Ok I beat 7 and Lost Judgment. I still think Judgment is my favorite, but it's tied with 7. Lost Judgment is good in a lot of ways, but it didn't click with me nearly as much as it's predecessor.

Kasuga Ichiban took out the trash

I'll have some new thoughts on this once i finish this playthrough.

This game just clicked with me out of nowhere and I don't know why. My mains rn are K`, Shermie, King or Kukri, but it's probably gonna change when Team Garou comes out.
