Man the first 6ish hours of this game, I loved it. It was fresh, it was new, the world was amazing. The combat seemed simple but sophisticated. And then the open world segments kicked in. Broken stealth, an unbeatable detection system, and bulletsponge enemies stopped me from EVER having a leg up in a way that did not feel rewarding or skill based like a Souls game. Idk if they'll patch the stealth or the combat but for now, I give up

What can I say about one of the most anticipated games of all time? It was alright. The gameplay was fun, but late game it felt like a lot fetching and the story was going in obvious directions that I felt I'd already seen a million times before. Not to mention Raz literally acts like he has no critical thinking skills anytime a story element or puzzle is brought up. New powers were cool, worldbuilding was cool, and the talent was amazing (I like that Raz's clone has Gir's voice ala Invader Zim) but it just didn't have enough to bring me over the finish line

I like sim games and I like drinking. This was like all those over the top cooking sim games without the parts that make them stressful. Story is just about a bartender and listening to people's problems who are a lot like day to day normal people. There's enough interesting drinks that I almost use it as a cookbook when I'm feeling it. Definitely not everyone's game but if you like these types I wouldn't pass on it
