I played this as a co op experience with my friend. I played with the left Joy-Con as Cereza and my friend played with the right Joy-Con as Cheshire.

That ending was horrible. Viola is such a bad character. Why is she the one to replace Bayonetta? Why does Bayonetta even need to be replaced?
Other than the ending the combat and gameplay were the best part of this game. Controlling a giant demon was such a fun experience.
