This was my mental salve during the pandemic.

A truly special game. I didn’t expect it to touch me the way it did judging by the puerile cynicism of other Rockstar titles, but it’s wholly separate from those. Arthur is a wonderful character and the world is breathtaking to explore.

It was novel for its take, but in no way trumps the original. I’m a fan of the cinematic directors’ work just not sure it 100% fit this game.
