Loved it. Great puzzle game. I never tire of the picross games, and with the Pokémon puzzles, this was really fun.

Overall, it’s a decent JRPG. It doesn’t really bring anything new or exciting to the genre, but it doesn’t really screw anything up either. The end game gets rather fetch questy rather than the front, so using a guide to speed theought the latter slog is highly recommended.

It’s fun enough right up until the fight with boolossus. At that point the games or controls are used to punish the player. And capturing the boos becomes a chore.
