This is unfinished work, the game crashed when you pick up something in the Dahm tower.
The final boss dialog and some ending sequences are not translated.
It also seems like they broke the game, at least in emulators; it’ll crash whenever you try to enter the quarry. Just switch to the Japanese data disk and it’ll work fine.
