Great first half with fun gameplay loop and momentum building thanks to continuous addition of smart mechanics. Second half becomes a bit repetitive and convoluted. Puzzle/stealth sections felt very tedious slow. Story mostly uninteresting. Would have preferred if the Sushi restaurant was a bigger part of the game.

Corporate greed aside, this remains the best multiplayer shooter on the console market. The gameplay is absolute top notch and extremely fluid. The whole package offers plenty of content. Fast paced MP, more strategic team play in WZ and slower paced less competitive & more cooperative zombies mode - all three together offer great balance! I never played the remastered maps before and they are lightyears better than the maps in MWII.

Additional positives are the carry-over of operators and skins from MWII was obviously a positive and the way to go in the future. Also the fact that events so far since release have been lots of fun and so much more creative than the ones in MWII! They definitely made me come back more!

Well done Sledgehammer!

Excellent world building and atmosphere. First 5 hours were an easy GOTY. After that it dips a bit as story becomes a bit more convoluted and gameplay is not as fun. Especially sections with Alan Wake are weakest part.

Feels more repetitive in design than Quake 1. Still good fun with Quake 64 the best entry with sweet short levels

Strong first third when combat feels fresh and story offers lots of twists and turns. After that, last two thirds are tedious and boring. Combat is simply not deep enough to keep engagement high, equipment is close to irrelevant and story is stretched thin. By the time i reached the end, i didn't care much about either combat or story.

Pure videogame bliss. Outstanding achievement!

Amazing world building but average gameplay loop (weak combat & mission design)

Platinum: Enjoyable, even hazard zone, but T1 too much of a grind

One of the best soundtracks ever created for a videogame.

Gave up at chapter 5, might pick it up on PS4 again

One of the most fun multiplayer games i have ever played. Concepts like this one should be developed more often. One experience that is very polished and not cluttered with endless modes and singleplayer which nobody needs in these games.

Fun playing with someone you know since it‘s not as competitive as other online shooters. Needs more content down the road but i will return playing it. Addictive gameplay loop.

Very underrated RPG, especially engaging thanks to its first class battle system and atmospheric world building.
